How our design process works
1. Pre-design
This is a fixed-fee first stage where we get to know you, your site and your brief. We test what's possible and give you an honest early read on cost before anyone commits to a full design.
2. Concept design
We turn your brief into a design direction you can see and respond to. You'll get plans, a form, and a clear sense of how the place will feel, with light, materials, and sustainability considered from the start.
3. Documentation & construction
We take the design through the approval process and provide detailed documentation. Then we work alongside your builders through construction, providing project management to keep the job on track and the finished building true to the idea.
